Depanner
Danmatic’s Depanner is a used to remove baked products, such as loaves of bread, rolls or buns from the baking pans, straps or trays.
The Depanner handles the products very gently by using custom designed suction cups and ensures efficiency, consistency, and a minimum of damage to the baked goods. The compact design makes it possible to integrate into existing lines.
Danmatic’s Depanner is built with a sturdy and rigid framework in stainless steel and a custom designed suction head, which moves inside the framework to lift and place the baked goods for further processing. The custom designed suction cups and integrated vacuum system creates a vacuum that adheres to the surface of the bread or buns, allowing for a gentle lift without damaging the product’s shape or surface.
The suction head is easily exchanged to fit with different product patterns, ensuring a flexible production.
